Work Weekend

As advertised in the recent newsletter, we had a work weekend on 15/16th November.
Unfortunately, the requested help was once again not forth-coming and so we only got a fraction of the intended work done......please bear with us, as we slowly complete the works....we, also, have work and family commitments outside scouting!!
A special thank you (from me) to the fathers of the following Beavers who gave up their time, and had a laugh in the process.....Sam,Sam and Craig.....also the members of the exec and their families, and to Selco for donating some materials ( well done Andy for organising that!)....sorry if I missed anyone out, hopefully I'll have more to thank after the next one..............................

Parents are very welcome to join with us and to sit in the side aisles.

I will make the basic assumption of inclement Sutton weather and hanging around for one or two who are not quite so punctual!!! and suggest we all meet under-cover at the underpass outside the civic offices at 3.15 and walk round as a group at 3.20.
